Peas in a pod

Sometimes people were just meant to be together. No amount of distance can change this. It is one of the few things in life that time cannot erase. There is a natural pull, an ease, and two people, just fit. IMG_20140731_205128_edit When great friends move away, there is a natural void in their trail. And, when that friendship happens between children, you wonder if their memories are strong enough to withhold the distance. IMG_20140726_155640_edit My dear friend, Lisa, told me that she had read an article that said we (as parents) are responsible for preserving our children’s memories. I think this is partly true. Reminiscing is an important part of solidifying those memories. But, in the end, it is the connection that we build with some people who stay forever engrained in our hearts.
